| DCBS - Discounted Call Billing System |
|
 DCBS is a telco-based billing system that accurately captures call detail records (CDR) from any third-party application switch and generates monthly bill invoices to their postpaid customers. DCBS generates and summarizes the elements that make up a customer's invoice. It calculates recurring charges based on the customer price plan and compiles other relevant charges for a bill period such as discounts, tax, and other related bill charges.
DCBS offers importing of standard-based call detail records (CDR) from any third-party voice gateway. The system can be easily integrated to any third-party CRM system for viewing of customer usage and tracking invoice amounts.
DCBS also has a customer-self care module which allows customers to access their personal account information and billing information via a self-login portal.
