Account Manager – Corporate Sales

(PJ, JB & Penang - 10 positions)

Responsibilities:

	Involve in meeting customers to introduce and explain our fixed wireless service
	To follow up on customer order or request
	To build strong relationship and good rapport with existing/prospective customers for business expansion

Requirements:

	Resourceful, result oriented, able to present and capture the customer interest and attention
	Good interpersonal skill and ability to converse fluently in English and at least another language
	Able to work independently with minimum supervision
	Possess own Transport
	Preferably 1 - 2 years experiences in sales & marketing

Branch Manager

(JB)

Responsibilities:

	Setting up and managing the branch office in the respective state
	Independent business unit, responsible for its own profit & loss
	To lead and fulfil sales forecast and to ensure excellent quality service is provided
	Effectively applying sales & service process developed

Requirements:

	Bachelor degree in any discipline
	Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience in a branch environment
	Resourceful, aggressive and sales oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
	Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills

Technician

(based in PJ)

Responsibilities:

	Provide technical support and installation of Fixed Wireless Terminal
	Be responsible to fulfil the general maintenance request and support services at customer premises
	Willing to be trained to meet the changing requirements of the company

Requirements:

	Minimum diploma level in related discipline
	Good knowledge of key phone and PABX is an added advantage
	A good team player
	Must posses own transportation and willing to travel
	A positive approach working with people
